Create a Shortcut to Terminal on Kubuntu

Go to Applications/Settings/Xfce4 Settings Manager > Keyboard, under Shortcuts to Applications tab, Add a new entry: put the following command 
xfce4-terminal
I used 
Ctrl+Alt+T
as the shortcut.
